Gravity Coolers - GS

Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameter of 3/8" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm, in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 3 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 25x22 mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GNKF Series Gravity Coolers cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.

Fan

GNKF Series Gravity Coolers use fans with diameters of Ø120 mm.

Defrost

Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost application is available.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 Standards for R404A gas based on European fans.

Test

The GNKF Series Gravity Coolers are tested with 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar of nitrogen.
