Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameter of 1/2" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 8 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 40x35mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GND Series Commercial Type Air Cooler cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.

Fan

GND Serisies Commercial Type Air Coolers use fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, Ø500 mm.

Defrost

Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost applications are available.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN328 Standards for R404A gas based on European fans.

GND Series Commercial Type Air Coolers are tested at 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar nitrogen.
