In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which was published and entered into force on 07.04.2016 ("KVKK", "Law"); GÜNAY SOĞUTMA SANAYİ ve TİCARET LTD.ŞTİ (hereinafter referred to as "GÜNAY SOĞUTMA") pays the utmost care and sensitivity to the security of your personal data.

Our aim is to inform our customers, employees, employee candidates, our authorities, visitors, employees and authorities of the institutions we cooperate with, and third parties whose personal data are processed by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA within the scope of personal data processing activities carried out in accordance with the law by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA.

In line with this care and sensitivity, GÜNAY SOĞUTMA processes and preserves all personal data submitted by our members, suppliers, and business partners, as well as all personal data related to individuals associated with GÜNAY SOĞUTMA, in accordance with the Law, as explained below and within the boundaries mandated by the legislation.

In this context, as a "Data Controller," we use your personal data to the extent permitted by legal regulations and make them accessible to our personnel and relevant business partners and their personnel as required by the purpose of processing these data.

1. DATA CONTROLLER AND REPRESENTATIVE

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data may be processed by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA within the scope described in this information text as the data controller.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The collected personal data;

• To enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA;
• To ensure the execution of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA's human resources policies;
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA and the people with whom we have business relations;
• To determine and execute the commercial and business strategies of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA;
• To fulfill the tasks and activities undertaken by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA within the framework of legal regulations; will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

3. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Your collected personal data;

• To enable you to benefit from the services offered by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA;
• To ensure the execution of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA's human resources policies;
• To determine and execute the commercial and business strategies of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA;
• To ensure the legal security of GÜNAY SOĞUTMA and the people with whom we have business relations;
• For the purpose of determining and implementing GÜNAY SOĞUTMA's services, activities, and business strategies; to our company officials, shareholders, our domestic and international affiliates and partners, contracted business partners, suppliers, third parties from whom services are received if necessary, other persons and organizations with whom data sharing is necessary for the continuation of business processes, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, limited to the purposes specified in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA through different methods such as the website, call center, and physical channels; based on legal reasons arising from and executed within the framework of relevant legislation, contract, demand, commercial custom, and honesty rules applied for conducting commercial services and activities using these channels.

Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (2) and (3) of this information text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER ENUMERATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us, GÜNAY SOĞUTMA will conclude your request free of charge within the shortest time and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, a fee will be charged by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As a result of our examination as the data controller, your request may be accepted or rejected by explaining the reason, and the response will be notified to you in writing or electronically.

In this context, personal data owners have the right to;

• Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request the compensation of the damage in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Since GÜNAY SOĞUTMA is obliged to keep records and documents related to transactions carried out with its employees, business partners, and other relevant third parties for a certain period within the scope of legal regulations, if you request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data, this request will be fulfilled by GÜNAY SOĞUTMA at the end of the period determined by the legal regulations.

If you apply to GÜNAY SOĞUTMA in writing regarding the above-mentioned rights, your request will be answered free of charge within at most 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
