Description

Coils

Manufactured with tube diameters of 5/8" and a wall thickness of 0.35 mm, arranged in a staggered pattern.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 6 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 40x35 mm.

Stainless steel tubes are used in the coils to withstand highly corrosive environments. A refrigerant distributor and collector are also included.

Cabinet

The cabinets of the GNP Series Standard Type Stainless Steel Air Coolers are manufactured from stainless steel, resistant to various weather conditions.

Fan

The GNP Series Standard Type Stainless Steel Air Coolers use fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, and Ø500 mm.

Defrost

Optional electric defrost systems of type E1 or E2 are available.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 standards for R404A refrigerant, based on European fans.

Test

The GNP Series Standard Type Stainless Steel Air Coolers are tested at 40 bar and delivered with nitrogen at 6 bar.

Manufactured in pipe diameters of 1/2" and 5/8" with wall thicknesses of 0,35 mm and 0,40 mm, in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 10 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 56x48 mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporators cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.

Fan

GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporator use fan with diameter of Ø630 mm.

Defrost

Optional electric defrost applications of type E3 are available.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 standards for R404A gas based on European fans.

Battery

The battery is manufactured with 3/8" pipe diameter and 0.35 mm wall thickness, in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a wavy surface are used, with a fin spacing of 5 mm and mold geometry designed as 35x35 mm.

To protect the copper tubes used in the batteries, mirror plates made of aluminum are used. A refrigerant distributor and copper collector are also utilized.

Cabinet

GNKS Series Ceiling Type Room Coolers’ cabinets are made of galvanized steel and painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder coating, resistant to various weather conditions.

Fan

GNKS Series Ceiling Type Room Coolers are equipped with fans of Ø250 mm and Ø300 mm in diameter.

Optional electric defrost applications E1 or E2 are available.
